How long before someone replies?+
Usually the same day. If you message late at night, expect a reply in the morning.
Can I write in Hindi?+
Yes. Hindi or English, typed or as a voice note. Say it however it comes out.
Do I need documents ready?+
Not to message us. If any documents are needed, you will be told during the consultation.
Who sees what I write?+
