Four steps. There is no charge to you at any stage.

1. You tell us what has happened

You write to us on WhatsApp, or fill in the enquiry form on this website, in Hindi or English. Tell us plainly what has happened, where, and when. If you have papers — an FIR, a notice, an order, a charge memo — say what they are. Do not send documents at this stage.

2. We read it and identify the forum

We read what you have sent and work out which court, tribunal or authority the matter appears to belong to, and roughly what stage it is at. We may telephone you to understand the position better. This is a reading of your description, not an assessment of your case, and it is not legal advice. Only an advocate who has seen your papers can tell you what your position actually is.

3. We put you in touch with an advocate

If you ask us to, we pass your contact details and a short summary of your enquiry to an independent advocate who practises before that forum. The advocate contacts you directly. You are free to speak to them or not, and free to instruct any other advocate instead. We do not choose for you and we do not tell you that any advocate is better than another.

4. You deal with the advocate directly

Everything after the introduction is between you and the advocate: what they will do, what it will cost, and whether you engage them at all. Fees are agreed with the advocate and paid to the advocate. We take no share of them.

What we do not do

  • We do not tell you whether you will win, or what a court is likely to decide.
  • We do not draft, file or argue anything.
  • We do not tell you what to do next in your matter.
  • We do not contact you unless you have contacted us first.

Your details

What happens to the information you send us is set out in the Privacy Policy. In short: we keep it, we use it to read your enquiry, and we share it with an advocate only if you ask us to and consent to that sharing. We do not sell it.
